Nakho’s Glam Bar is hiring a Receptionist to ensure guests receive the best possible reception and assistance from arrival through to departure. The successful candidate will support front office operations, maintain procedures, and assist with administrative and client-related duties.

This role is ideal for someone professional, organised, client-focused, and experienced in a beauty salon environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure guests receive excellent reception and assistance upon arrival, during their stay, and upon departure

• Ensure all front office procedures are followed and systems are maintained according to company policies and standards

• Manage telephone duties, office administration, and client-related queries

• Assist with stock and asset control

• Handle data capturing and basic bookkeeping tasks

• Assist clients with queries and complaints, ensuring matters are resolved to client satisfaction

• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other departments

• Perform general problem-solving and support tasks as required

• Must have a beauty salon background

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
