Job Overview

Our client, a well-established company in the poultry industry, requires an experienced Sales Assistant / Office Administrator to start as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting the sales team, making appointments, making airline bookings, making hotel bookings, compiling reports, following up on quotes, and performing general office administration duties.

Minimum Requirements

• Must have own car

• Well-groomed and professional

• Fluent in English

• Excellent typing skills

• Strong spelling and grammar

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an office administrator

• Must already reside in Honeydew or surrounding areas, including Weltevredenpark, Randparkridge, Sundowner, Boskruin, Bromhof, North Riding, and Wilgeheuwel

Computer Skills Required

• Microsoft Word

• Microsoft Outlook

• Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets)

• Pastel Basic Accounting

• Training will be provided on Precision

Leave Policy

Annual leave may only be taken in December when the company closes for Christmas.

Salary and Benefits

Salary is R15,000 to start.
A group pension scheme is offered.
The company contributes R1,000 towards a medical aid.
